I’m Emily Monsell-Holden

With two decades’ experience in brand, marketing & PR, I know how to help organisations grow stronger and more sustainable, building brand equity every step of the way.

I believe in simplicity and action, and will give you the tools you need to thrive.

Unlike many consultants, my in-house background means that I know what it’s like to be in your shoes. I get to grips with your challenges more quickly and help you find solutions that actually bring about real change.

In addition to heading up brand, marketing and PR at the iconic, family-run wine and spirits merchant Berry Bros. & Rudd, I’ve worked with many fascinating brands, including Fairtrade pioneers Cafédirect, Virgin Atlantic Airways, Somerset House, Waitrose, The Royal Albert Hall, Foodism, The FT and AMEX.

I care about the role business plays in protecting our future, and am certified by the Carbon Literacy Trust. I am also a judge on various industry panels and host the Year-on-Year podcast, dedicated to long-term thinking in business.
