Getting more value from your Values
How can your company Values have real impact? Just putting them on screensavers and walls isn't going to make them connect.
Here are three ways you can embed your Values deep into your culture.
Add tangible behaviours to your Values - three for each Value is ideal. ‘Innovation’ can mean a number of different things, so be clear about how you expect it to be displayed within your organisation.
Recruit based on Values as well as skill. And make sure that the recruitment process is consistent across all your departments.
